Sacramento: $24 million. Cumulative property tax revenues paid by taxpayers who purchased their homes with downpayment assistance through Nehemiah (the largest DPA provider) in the Sacramento area in fiscal years 1999-2005.

Philadelphia: $6.58 million. Cumulative property tax revenues paid by taxpayers who purchased their homes with downpayment assistance through Nehemiah (the largest DPA provider) in the Philadelphia area in fiscal years 1999-2005.

Columbus: $101 million. Cumulative property tax revenues paid by taxpayers who purchased their homes with downpayment assistance through Nehemiah (the largest DPA provider) in the Columbus area in fiscal years 1999-2005.
